All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150 to most European destinations. Free shipping thresholds for other regions will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Floxyluxe is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
