Yes. Our premium collection features 100% human hair products. Product descriptions on each listing will specify the hair type and grade. We also carry high-quality synthetic options where indicated.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your hair:
Wash with sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner
Detangle gently from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb
Avoid excessive heat; always use a heat protectant spray
Store on a wig stand when not in use
Avoid sleeping in your wig to prevent tangling
Human hair products can generally be dyed or bleached, but we recommend consulting a professional stylist. Please note that colouring the hair may void any product warranty and we cannot accept returns on items that have been chemically altered.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination. European orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your parcel in real time.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on wigs or extensions that have been worn or used. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
