Our commitment to your satisfaction — hassle-free returns and exchanges
At Floxyluxe, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Email us at floxyluxe@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Please include your RA number inside the parcel. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be offered instead.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
